Am I allowed to copy my notice of entry to the register to give to e.g. an employer/locum agency/overseas registration body? Can such bodies take copies of the notices to keep in their records that they have made sufficient checks to determine the qualifi

There is nothing to stop you doing so, but employers etc. should be aware that they should not rely on notices of entry (whether originals or copies) as confirmation that someone is registered with the GPhC, as all such a notice would tell them is that the person was registered on the date the notice was issued. To be sure that someone is currently registered and has no restrictions on their practice, it is necessary to check on the online register search on the GPhC’s website: www.pharmacyregulation.org/.
