Attend a meeting
Meetings of the full Council are open to the public, except in occasional circumstances when a session may be deemed to be confidential.
Space is limited so please notify us in advance if you wish to attend a meeting at least 2 days prior to the date of the meeting so arrangements can be made. You can also notify us if you have any special requirements in order to attend the meeting.

The papers for each meeting will be published within the week prior to the Council meeting. You can view the agenda and papers for a meeting by clicking on the date of the meeting you are interested in below. Minutes will be published a week after meetings.
