The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) has published its annual report for 2014-15, covering its fourth full year in operation.
Key achievements this year include:
- Progress made in developing the new inspection model
- Development of a framework for continuing fitness to practise
- Introduction of changes to the registration assessment from 2016
- Improvements in our day-today operations
Alongside the annual report, the GPhC has also published a corporate plan which sets out its priorities for 2015/16.
- Refining our new approach to inspections
- Improving the quality and timeliness of our fitness to practise cases
- Reviewing our education standards within pharmacy
