Summer Registration Assessment deadline is coming soon - 18 May

Pre-registration trainees must apply for the registration assessment in June by 5pm on Friday 18 May 2012 at the latest. Candidates who miss this deadline will have to wait until the Autumn assessment as there is no longer an option to pay a late entry fee.

Controlled drug prescribing by pharmacist independent prescribers

From 23 April 2012 pharmacist independent prescribers can prescribe, administer and direct others to administer, any controlled drug in Schedule 2, 3, 4 and 5 for any medical condition, except cocaine, dipipanone and diamorphine for the treatment of addiction.
