New guide to help people raising a concern about education and training

The GPhC has updated the process for raising a concern about education and training to make it simpler and easier.

The process for raising a concern is intended for use by anyone who has a concern about the quality of pharmacy education and training at any stage of the education or training process.

A new guide to the process has also been developed to help people wishing to raise a concern.

The new guide, available on the GPhC website, clearly explains what students, trainees and others should do if they have a concern.
