Citizens' Advice
Citizens' Advice helps people to resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice.
Local PCT
Local primary care trusts (PCTs) currently commission pharmacy services in their local areas and may be a useful source of information and advice.
MHRA
The MHRA enhance and safeguard the health of the public by ensuring that medicines and medical devices work and are acceptably safe.
CHRE
The Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence oversees the work of the nine regulatory bodies that set standards for training and conduct of health professionals.

If your concern or need for information relates to an individual pharmacist or pharmacy, it may be wise to contact the pharmacy owner or corporate head office to discuss the matter directly with them in the first instance.
