Renewal of registration
Renewal of registration is a four step process, all of which must be completed by your renewal deadline:
- Upon receipt of your renewal notice, confirm your details and if necessary change your address, email or telephone numbers via myGPhC. If you need to change your name, please complete a change of details form and submit with a copy of your marriage certificate or deed poll.
- Renew your registration online through myGPhC or by using our automated telephone service on 0330 100 4456. Please note that you can only access these services if you have a renewal number. This is sent to you on your renewal notice.
- Make your declarations, having first made sure you have read and understood the fitness to practise and renewal declarations.
- Pay your fee by either credit card, debit card or by direct debit. If you wish to set up or amend a direct debit, this must be completed prior to the published deadline date for your renewal cycle, as shown on your renewal notice. If you pay your fee by credit or debit card using myGPhC, you can access your receipt and notice of entry immediately, or 24 hours later if using the automated telephone service. Please note if you wish to use a credit card this will incur a surcharge of 2% of your renewal fee.
