Proficiency

Currently, we have not yet developed our standards of proficiency.

Following the outcome of the initial consultation on the proficiency standards, the governing council agreed to revise the standards of proficiency for further consultation at a date to be determined. We have a comprehensive standards development programme.

As we develop these standards we will update this page with information about the development process. We will engage with a variety of stakeholders and ensure those affected by the standards are involved in shaping them. We will publish our completed standards.
