Associates and Partners Administrator

We are seeking a pro-active and diligent administrator to provide effective and efficient support to our Associates and Partners team.

The role

This is an extremely varied role that demands accuracy and initiative.

The successful applicant will:

  • Demonstrate significant administrative experience, ideally obtained in an environment that demands a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality and be able demonstrate a strong working knowledge of maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
  • Act as first point of contact for all team enquires through the Associates and Partners inbox.
  • Check invoices and process expenses in accordance with GPhC policies. 
  • Arrange meetings, take notes and produce documents as required.
  • Be familiar with working with timetables and completing tasks within deadlines.
  • Maintain up to date records in the Associates and Partners information database and personnel files.
  • Maintain recruitment and selection processes and data entry and recording.
  • Provide support with assessment centres and interviews: setting up, candidate testing, liaising with candidates and panel members and helping to ensure the smooth running of appointments.
  • Prepare, arrange and support new Associate and Partner inductions.
  • Assist with the administration of Associate and Partner development and training.
  • Be a confident communicator, used to dealing with all levels of seniority.
