Contribute to the CHRE Performance Review 2012/13

Each year the Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence (CHRE) carries out a performance review of the health and care professional regulators, including the General Pharmaceutical Council. The findings of this review are reported to Parliament, to health ministers in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and to the public.

The first stage of this review requires us to provide evidence of how we meet the standards that cover our work in guidance and standards, education and training, registration, and fitness to practise. The second stage is to challenge and confirm our evidence using information collated from other sources including feedback received from patients, service users, the public, professional and representative organisations and others.

So, the CHRE would like to hear about the experiences you have had with the GPhC, or any other health and care professional regulators, since January 2012.
