The Privy Council has re-appointed Nigel Clarke as Chair of the General Pharmaceutical Council for a period of four years from 1 April 2018 to 12 March 2022.
MyGPhC will not be available from Midday on Friday 23 March until Wednesday 4 April 2018 while we upgrade to the new myGPhC system.

Our governing council has decided that registration renewal fees for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy premises will remain at current levels for the financial year 2018/19.
The GPhC Council today agreed that revised criteria for registration as a pharmacy technician in Great Britain will come into effect on 31 August 2018, in advance of the 2018-2019 academic year. The criteria set out the required education, training and experience needed in order to register as a pharmacy technician.

The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) recognises that extreme weather conditions forecast across Great Britain could present major challenges for all those affected, including pharmacies providing vital services to patients.
