Today we close our ‘Take a view’ process, through which we sought to gather opinions on our four pieces of guidance – ‘Obtaining consent’, ‘Confidentiality’, ‘Raising concerns’, and ‘Maintaining professional boundaries’.
EU-qualified pharmacists can become the responsible pharmacist for a newly established pharmacy following a change in the law. Previously they had been restricted from doing this under what was known as the “three year rule”.
Each year the CHRE carries out a performance review of the health professional regulators and reports these findings to Parliament, to health ministers in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and to the public. You can find out more, or take part before 16 December, here.
