The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is pleased to announce the names of the 234 pre-registration trainee pharmacists who passed their registration assessment in September. A 58.2 per cent pass rate of the 402 candidates who sat the assessment in total.

In a speech at the Pharmacy Show today, Duncan Rudkin will tell pharmacy owners and superintendent pharmacists not to underestimate the scale of the changes that the regulator’s new approach to pharmacy regulation will bring and call on them to familiarise themselves with the new standards for registered pharmacies and to begin preparations for when they will need to demonstrate they have met them.
