Premises

The following fees are payable for registering, renewing your registration, or restoring your name to the GPhC register:

Application for Registration: £590

First entry: £241

For premises removed following an appllication for voluntary removal: Application fee £135 + restoration fee £106

For premises removed for non-payment of the renewal fee: Application fee £714 + restoration fee £106

Annual renewal fee: £241

Please note that from July 2019 the annual renewal fee will increase to £262 for pharmacy premises.
