If you don't complete the renewal process by your renewal deadline, you or your premises entry from the GPhC register will be removed on the day following the expiry of registration. As a matter of public safety it is illegal to practice as an unregistered pharmacist, pharmacy technician or operate in unregistered premises.
If you have been removed and wish to resume practising, you will need to restore your registration. Please note: Until you have been notified that you have been restored to the Register, please ensure that you do not practise, even in a restricted role. To do so is a criminal offence.
