Governance Manager

We are seeking to recruit a Governance Manager to provide comprehensive and high-quality support to the GPhC’s governance function, the Senior Governance Manager and the Chief of Staff.

Salary: £39,000 per annum plus benefits, depending on skills and experience

Location: Canary Wharf, London (currently home-based)

Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday

The role

The post holder will provide high-quality support to the Senior Governance Manager, including the organisation of our Council and non-statutory Committees, manage the corporate policy review process and the organisational complaints process.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have relevant experience working with committees.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and concisely for a range of audiences as well as interact with key individuals at all levels.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player with a strong customer focus.
  • Possess strong administrative, organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
