This role is subject to a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of our pre-employment due diligence.

The successful applicant will:

  • Understand the importance of building effective relationships, taking responsibility and working as a team. Be naturally curious and understand the bigger picture, recognising how their work contributes to team and organisational objectives.
  • Take a person-centered approach to resolving conflicts and disputes to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service.
  • Possess a fast-paced and varied role, allowing you to broaden your skillset with access to development opportunities, career pathways and training within the organisation.
  • Be able to demonstrate accuracy whilst working efficiently to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
