Troubleshooting tips
If you’re a pharmacist or pharmacy technician, visit your myGPhC account for renewals, revalidation, notifications about your registration and to update your personal details.
If you’re a pharmacy owner or superintendent pharmacist, you can use your myGPhCpharmacy account to renew your registration, manage your account or view your receipts.

If you’d like to speak to us on the phone in Welsh, we offer a service called ‘Language Line’ to hold a three-way conversation with an interpreter. To request this service, call us on 020 3713 8000 and mention either ‘Cymraeg’ or ‘Language Line’. There will be a short delay while we contact the interpreter.
