Find out how to get involved in our consultations where you’ll get the opportunity to give feedback and help shape our work.
We work collaboratively with a wide range of people to make pharmacy a safe place for everyone.
Working with a wide range of people means we get to hear the views of everyone with an interest in pharmacy services.
From patients, families and carers, to the professionals on our register, everyone has a say. This helps us to shape our work and become a more effective regulator.
We do this by:
- holding consultations to gather views on vital aspects of our work, including the standards we set and the guidance documents that we produce
- organising special events, such as focus groups, webinars and conferences
- attending key national conferences

Current research
We carry out and commission research to explore insights and perspectives on the areas we regulate and understand the impact of our work.
This research helps to inform our work and ensures our decisions are based on robust evidence.
