The role
The role involves designing and implementing solutions, managing support issues, and overseeing IT projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will also mentor junior staff and collaborate with external suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems.
This position requires strong technical skills in on-premises Dynamics 365, C#, and SQL, along with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

The successful applicant will:
- Have extensive experience in CRM development, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong technical skills in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- A solid understanding of integration architecture and the ability to create custom solutions within Dynamics 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and can-do approach.
- Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing projects and mentoring junior staff.
