The People and Culture Committee provides advice to the Council on the pay framework for Council members, associates and staff. The committee also monitors a range of issues including organisational development, health and wellbeing and the employer aspects of equality, diversity and inclusion.
Terms of reference
The Workforce Committee changed its name to the People and Culture Committee in May 2025. Earlier, in 2021 the Remuneration Committee adopted new terms of reference (approved by our governing Council) and changed its name to the Workforce Committee to reflect its expanded remit.
