Communications and engagement: our strategy 2022-27

This strategy sets out how we plan to improve our approach to communications and engagement over the next five years, to help us achieve our vision of safe and effective pharmacy care at the heart of healthier communities.

This strategy is not limited to the work of the Communications team; it also includes building capability and capacity across the organisation to improve our communications with everyone we engage with.



It will also help us to meet our commitment to working in partnership with patients and the public, which outlines how we will listen to patients and the public and involve them in our work, and was coproduced with the the help of a working group of patients and members of the public.
