Business Systems Lead

We are seeking to appoint a Business Systems Lead who will focus on supporting and developing our Dynamics CRM solution. The post holder will eventually manage a small internal development team and our outsourced partner to support the solution.

Salary: circa £50,000 pa + benefits

Location: Canary Wharf, London (currently home-based)

Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday

The role

The successful applicant will own the technical governance of packaged applications used in our organisation. Our Dynamics CRM primarily, and there will also be opportunities to own and deliver other technical solutions as part of the GPhC’s strategy; as well as owning the technical delivery of new projects.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have demonstrable experience in Dynamics CRM 2013.
  • Be a self-starter with a natural ability and interest in new technologies with a strong focus on delivering to deadlines.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels. 
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
