Enquiries about registration renewal, revalidation and myGPhC

Are you due to renew your registration before 31 October 2018?  Please look out for your renewal notice, which will be sent out to you by email if you have already signed up to myGPhC, or by post if you have not yet signed up to myGPhC.  The renewal notices were sent out in batches between 4 and 7 September so you may receive your renewal notice on a different day to your colleagues.

Please check if your query about myGPhC is answered by the guide to signing up to myGPhC, our myGPhC troubleshooting tips or on our revalidation pages before contacting us. These resources should answer your query. We are receiving a high volume of calls following the introduction of myGPhC, so it is likely to be quicker and easier for you to look at the information available online. It will also mean other people with important queries that need to be answered by our contact centre team will be able to get through.

If you need a copy of your myGPhC activation code, please email us and include your name, date of birth and registration number. We will need to send this to you in a letter, so please confirm your current address, and your previous address if this changed in the last 12 months.

General enquiries

Please check our ‘Commonly-asked questionspage to see if your query is answered there before contacting us. If you feel your query is not answered on that page, you could then get in touch via phone (020 3713 8000), email (info@pharmacyregulation.org) or Twitter (@TheGPhC). You can also use the online form at the bottom of this page.

Data protection

We will use any information you give to answer your question and follow up any issues you raise. If you would like us to to call you back you are required to enter your telephone number within the online form at the bottom of this page.

We do not make audio recordings of our telephone calls. If you call our contact centre, a supervisor may listen to calls for training and support purposes.

Pharmacy professionals and pre-registration pharmacists should have their registration number or pre-registration number to hand; we will then be able to help you more quickly.

If you are a pharmacy owner and you have a question about your pharmacy’s registration it will help us if you give your organisation’s name and registration number.
