This is the pharmacy commercial name, it would either include the pharmacy name or the name of the organisation who owns a number of pharmacy premises. |
Owner’s name This refers to the person(s) and/or organisation(s) under which name(s) the pharmacy ownership is registered. |
Address This provides details of the geographical location of the pharmacy. |
Registration number This number uniquely identifies each pharmacy registered with the GPhC. |
Status Pharmacies must be registered with the GPhC (or be a pharmacy department based in a hospital or health centre) to operate in Great Britain and to use the title ‘pharmacy’. The registration status can be set to registered, suspended, or subject to notices and conditions. |
Inspection report published By inspecting pharmacies we assess if they are meeting the standards for registered pharmacies. In this way, we provide assurance to patients and the public that they will receive safe and effective care. In each report, you can see if the pharmacy has met or not met all of our standards. |
