How we use the data you share with us

Your responses to our consultations are vital to help us improve our work. They inform us and help us to achieve our purpose of protecting, promoting and maintaining the health, safety and wellbeing of patients and members of the public by upholding standards and public trust in pharmacy.

Your consultation response may be published in full or as part of a summary of responses. Responses to consultation questions will normally be anonymised if quoted. Individual contributions will not be attributed, unless specifically requested.

If you want your response to remain confidential, you should explain why you regard the information you have provided as confidential. However, we cannot guarantee that confidentiality can be maintained in all circumstances, as we may need to disclose information under access to information legislation (Freedom of Information Act 2000).
