Renewal, revalidation and registration

If you’re a pharmacist or pharmacy technician, visit your myGPhC account for renewals, revalidation, notifications about your registration and to update your personal details.

If you’re a pharmacy owner or superintendent pharmacist, you can use your myGPhCpharmacy account to renew your registration, manage your account or view your receipts.

Contacting us in Welsh

We welcome letters and emails in both Welsh and English. If you send us correspondence in Welsh, we’re committed to responding in Welsh.

If you’d like to speak to us on the phone in Welsh, we offer a service called ‘Language Line’ to hold a three-way conversation with an interpreter. To request this service, call us on 020 3713 8000 and mention either ‘Cymraeg’ or ‘Language Line’. There will be a short delay while we contact the interpreter.

Data protection

When you contact us, we’ll use the information you give us to answer your questions and follow up on any issues you raise.

If you contact us and would like us to call you back, you’ll need to give us your telephone number. You can do this by filling in our online contact form.

We don’t record telephone calls. If you call our contact centre, staff may listen to calls for training and support purposes.

If you’re a pharmacist, pharmacy technician or foundation pharmacist, please have your registration number or foundation number to hand when you call us. This will allow us to help you quickly.

If you’re a pharmacy owner and you have a question about your pharmacy’s registration, it will help us if you give your business name and registration number when you call.

Freedom of Information and Data Protection Act requests

If you have a Freedom of Information or Data Protection Act request, please send your query by email to infogov@pharmacyregulation.org or send a letter to our offices at the address above.

You’ll need to give us your name and contact details, and a description of the information you need. If you have a question about your rights under the Data Protection Act, please explain what you would like us to do.
