How do I register my premises with the GPhC?

You can find all of the information and forms you need to apply for registration for your pharmacy premises on our ‘Registration of pharmacy premises’ page.


How do I register a premises relocation? 

Please complete a new premises application form which you can find on this page. This must be done before you move location. The GPhC does not have a separate application form for the relocation of a premises.


How can I change the ownership of a pharmacy premises?

How do I change the superintendent pharmacist?

Please check first of all that you are logged onto myGPhCpharmacy and not myGPhC (check the name of the platform at the top of the page). You can only manage your pharmacy’s registration on myGPhCpharmacy. For specific instructions on premises registration or renewal visit myGPhCpharmacy FAQs page.

If you are a body corporate, your superintendent pharmacist should have the log-in details for myGPhCpharmacy

Can the GPhC give me legal advice or employment advice?

We do not provide advice relating to legal or employment issues. We would suggest you contact your insurance provider or local or national membership organisation.
