This emphasises that pharmacy professionals have the same responsibilities and obligations when interacting online as they do when interacting face-to-face. It outlines both the potential benefits of social media and risks that need to be managed.
The document sets out a number of ‘do’ and ‘don’ts’ when using social media and includes links to further guidance produced by other organisations.
