GPhC publishes report on gender pay gap

As part of our commitment to transparency and to equality, diversity and inclusion, we have decided to voluntarily publish a report on our gender pay gap data. As an organisation with fewer than 250 employees we are not required by Government to publish our gender pay gap data.

We are committed to the fair treatment and reward of all our employees and are planning to take a number of actions to tackling the gender pay gap identified through our analysis.  You can download a copy of our report here.
