GPhC services affected by our CRM database upgrade 18-22 February

Both myGPhC and myGPhCpharmacy will not be available from 18.00 on Thursday 17 February until 09.00 on Tuesday 22 February 2022, as we upgrade our CRM system. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Register search

The register will also remain static from 18.00 on Thursday 17 February until 09.00 on Tuesday 22 February 2022. Please be aware of this when checking the register. 
Due to the unavailability of the CRM system, we will not be able to complete and approve applications to join or be removed from the register, and any registration status changes during this time. We will be able to manage this short delay within the overall application processing time of 28 working days.

Data subscription services

We have notified data subscribers that the weekly update due on Friday 18 February will be delayed until the following week.

Raising a concern

The online form to raise a concern will still be available, and we will receive concerns submitted during this time on Tuesday 22 February. If your concern is urgent, you can email us.
