Our response to GenderGP about pharmacy services for transgender patients

We have responded to a letter from GenderGP about action we have taken in relation to two pharmacies working with GenderGP.

In our response, we explain our role, the standards we set and the actions we have taken. We emphasise that our focus is on supporting the pharmacies to make improvements so that all their patients, including transgender patients, receive safe and effective care.
