The GPhC survey of pharmacy professionals 2019 is now live. All registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are being asked to respond to the survey which is open until Friday 19 July.
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and answers will be anonymised. Pharmacy professionals are asked a range of quick and easy to answer questions about their roles, responsibilities, work settings, future work plans and levels of job satisfaction and work-life balance.
The feedback received is extremely valuable and the data obtained from the anonymised answers will provide the GPhC with useful insights about current pharmacy practice. This will help to improve the way the GPhC regulates.
Once the final report is available, the GPhC will share this with pharmacy professionals so they can also understand more about the professions and the environment they are working in. The GPhC will also be sharing the anonymised dataset with the organisations that are involved in workforce planning, including Health Education England (HEE), NHS Education for Scotland (NES), and Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW).
