Are you a pharmacy owner or superintendent and need to renew your pharmacy registration?

Log on to myGPhCpharmacy to complete your pharmacy's registration renewal. You can find more information on renewing your pharmacy renewal registration on our premises renewal page.

The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) operates a 'rolling register'. This means that registration for both pharmacy professionals and pharmacies requires renewal annually from the date of entry.

It will be necessary to renew your registration two months before the expiry date. Your renewal deadline will be clearly shown in your renewal notice.

Failure to renew by this deadline will result in you, or your pharmacy, being removed from the register. You will then have to restore your entry to the register before you are able to practise as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician, or run a pharmacy.

Registration renewal fees are as follows:

  • pharmacist: £250
  • pharmacy technician: £118
  • registered pharmacies: £241 (per registered pharmacy).
