If you have previously been registered as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician in Great Britain, you can apply to re-join the GPhC register.

There are different application processes depending on how long you have been off the register and whether you left the register due to fitness to practise concerns.

If it is less than 12 months since you were last registered

you will need to apply to restore your registration.

If it is more than 12 months since you were last registered

you will need to apply to return to the register.

If you were removed from the register by the Fitness to Practise Committee
